FAQ’s

  • Betrayal trauma-informed coaching is a compassionate, trauma-informed support process that helps individuals heal from the emotional, psychological, and relational wounds caused by betrayal—such as infidelity, problematic sexual behavior, deception, or broken trust in intimate relationships. This coaching approach creates a partnership that validates your experience while gently guiding you toward rediscovering your courage and strength. It acknowledges the harm you have suffered and works to restore hope, helping you heal and move forward with greater resilience and clarity.

  •  Licensed therapists are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions and often focus on processing past trauma. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused.
